Then I left to drop off the littlest viking at Nana and Bumpa’s house and came home to knock out some homework. Upon arriving home, I received the news that my cousin’s four year old daughter had passed away. My entire evening was consumed trying to find information and contacting family members, then trying to set up a GoFundMe page, but ultimately giving up on that idea. I did not feel like eating and did not manage to make the egg noodles to go with the dish. Morgan was kind enough to shred the meat and eat a bit, I think he said it was good. Ultimately, it stayed in the slow cooker… well, it’s still there now. I’m sorry for letting you guys down.
