WIMSC: Honey Garlic Chicken

What I changed: I kept the ingredients the same (well, used boneless breasts), but did not shred the chicken.

Side ideas: Served it with roasted red potatoes with garlic (quartered red potatoes, greased pan, covered with olive oil, garlic salt, and a bit of pepper, covered in aluminum foil, cooked at 350 degrees for 40 min).

How did it turn out? Surprisingly, this worked really well, despite the fact that I think it was intended to be more Asian-inspired than anything.
